Sekibanki Rule 34

Sekibanki is a character from the Touhou Project series, first appearing as the stage two boss in Double Dealing Character. She is a rokurokubi, a type of youkai whose neck can stretch to great lengths, and she also incorporates elements of the dullahan. Proud and somewhat cynical, she lives in disguise within Gensokyo's Human Village. She has short red hair, red eyes, and typically wears a black long-sleeved shirt, a red cloak that often covers her mouth, a blue hair bow, and a red miniskirt. Her ability to detach and fly her head has made her a popular subject for fan artists, who frequently depict her in humorous situations involving her disembodied head. Artists often focus on her distinctive appearance and the comedic potential of her abilities, especially in crossovers and gag art.
