Hecatia Lapislazuli Rule 34

Hecatia Lapislazuli is a character from the Touhou Project series, a goddess who rules over the Hells of Earth, the Moon, and the Otherworlds. She is inspired by the Greek goddess Hecate and shares a grudge against Chang'e with her friend Junko, to whom she lent her subordinate Clownpiece. Hecatia has red hair and eyes, though their color shifts based on which of her three bodies she is currently using: red for the Spirit World, blue for Earth, and blonde for the Moon. She wears a black off-shoulder shirt, sometimes cropped, a tri-colored plaid skirt in green, red, and blue, and a black hat adorned with ornaments representing the Moon, Earth, and Spirit World. These ornaments symbolize her ability to exist in three places at once. Fans often draw her with alternative headwear, and her fashion sense has earned her the nickname Hot Topic-chan. Artists frequently depict her three forms separately or together, highlighting her unique design and multi-bodied nature.
