Tatara Kogasa Rule 34

Tatara Kogasa is a character from the Touhou Project series, a karakasa youkai who appears as a mid-boss and boss in Undefined Fantastic Object and later in Ten Desires. She is known for her relentless but usually unsuccessful attempts to surprise humans, often announcing herself with a cheerful demeanour that undermines any shock value. Visually, she has short blue hair and heterochromia, with one blue eye and one red eye. She wears a white shirt with Juliet sleeves, a blue vest, a blue skirt, and geta, and she carries a purple umbrella with a protruding tongue; fans sometimes debate whether the girl or the umbrella is the true youkai. In fan art, she is frequently shown in playful or mischievous poses, often interacting with Kochiya Sanae, who once delivered a harsh retort to her. Artists also highlight her lesser-known skill as a blacksmith and her lively, endearing personality.
