Mizuhashi Parsee Rule 34

Mizuhashi Parsee is a character from the Touhou Project series, specifically serving as the Stage 2 boss in Subterranean Animism and appearing as a side character in Foul Detective Satori. She is a hashihime, a bridge princess, who resides on the bridge leading to the underworld and possesses the ability to manipulate jealousy. Her personality is marked by intense envy, and she often tries to drive away anyone who attempts to cross the bridge, becoming consumed by jealous rage when she fails. In fan art, Parsee is frequently depicted alongside other underground characters such as Hoshiguma Yuugi and Kurodani Yamame, as well as Kagiyama Hina, due to thematic connections. Her appearance is somewhat inconsistent, but she is typically shown with short blonde hair in a half updo or braid, green eyes, and pointy ears. She wears a white scarf, a short-sleeved brown shirt over a black dress or separate black undershirt and skirt, a white sash, arm warmers, loose white socks, and black Mary Jane shoes. Artists often focus on her jealous expressions and her bridge setting, exploring her envy-driven nature.
